Dealer license disclosures

Apex Auto Group, LLC is a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the State of Texas, regulated by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

Advertised prices are the price of the vehicle before sales tax, title, license, registration and the documentary fee. Any dealer discount shown is already included in the advertised price. Prices do not include optional products such as service contracts, which are never required.

Estimated out-the-door totals on our website use the Texas motor vehicle sales tax rate of 6.25%, our $150 documentary fee and an estimated $250 for title and registration. Actual amounts depend on where the vehicle is registered and any trade-in.

Manufacturer rebates and incentives, when shown, may have eligibility requirements and expiration dates set by the manufacturer.

A documentary fee is not an official fee. A documentary fee is not required by law, but may be charged to buyers for handling documents relating to the sale. A documentary fee may not exceed a reasonable amount agreed to by the parties. This notice is required by law. Our documentary fee is $150.

Every used vehicle we offer for sale displays a Federal Trade Commission Buyers Guide. The information on the Buyers Guide in the vehicle window is part of your contract of sale and overrides any contrary provisions in the contract.

Used vehicles are sold with the warranty coverage stated on the Buyers Guide, which may be “As Is, No Dealer Warranty” or a limited warranty. Any remaining manufacturer warranty or certified pre-owned coverage is provided by the manufacturer under its terms.

Listed mileage may increase slightly because of test drives and service. Vehicle history reports rely on information reported to third parties and may not include every event. We encourage every buyer to review the vehicle history report and to have any used vehicle inspected by a mechanic of their choice before purchase.

Vehicles may be subject to open manufacturer safety recalls. You can check any vehicle by VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls. Ask us about the recall status of any vehicle before you buy; recall repairs are performed free of charge by franchised dealers of that brand.

Advertised rates and payment estimates are examples, are subject to credit approval and lender terms, and may not be available to all buyers. Estimated APRs on our website currently start at 5.99% for applicants with excellent credit. Rate, term and down payment requirements vary by lender, credit history and vehicle.
