We work hard to keep vehicle information accurate and current, but errors can happen. Prices, equipment, mileage, colors and availability may change without notice, and every vehicle is subject to prior sale.

Advertised prices exclude sales tax, title, license and registration fees, and a $150 documentary fee. Photos may show optional equipment or be representative. Please confirm every detail that matters to you with our team before you buy. If a listing contains an error, we are not bound by it and will correct it as soon as we learn of it.

Payment calculators, rate tables, trade-in estimates and out-the-door price estimates are provided for planning only. They are not offers of credit, not binding purchase offers and not guarantees. Final terms depend on credit approval, lender requirements, a physical inspection of any trade-in and the taxes and fees that apply to your registration.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular rate or term. You agree that the information you provide is true and complete. Applications are reviewed and may be submitted to lenders as described in our privacy policy.

Test drive, service and parts requests made online are requests until we confirm them. Vehicles are not held or reserved unless a team member confirms the hold in writing.

When you send us information or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to respond to your request, appraise your vehicle and keep required records.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to access areas you are not authorized to use such as the dealer portal, interfering with its operation or collecting data from it by automated means.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and the selection and arrangement of vehicle listings, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The website links to or embeds services run by others, such as maps and government vehicle databases. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties for the website itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws or any written warranty provided with a vehicle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
